The first order of business in re-creating the Saint Louis University men’s basketball roster was to determine its structure with the anticipated 15-player limit everyone thought was coming down the pike.

The House vs. NCAA settlement is nearing with its sweeping changes for college sports. But the roster limit that was part of the preliminary decision is now uncertain and coaches are left waiting to see how things play out.

The ruling will determine many things, including the fate of some walk-ons. That will not be the case at SLU.
