No. 3 schedule strength helps get Billikens into NCAA Tournament
SLU soccer will face Kansas City on Thursday night at Hermann Stadium
As the season progressed and the goals weren’t exactly flowing for Saint Louis University, soccer coach Kevin Kalish was able to put the Billikens’ experience into some perspective.
The schedule was built to test SLU and it did. The Billikens played the third most difficult schedule in the country according to one set of analytics and that helped place them at No. 37 in the RPI entering Monday’s selection of the NCAA Tournament field.
