Max Pikaar latest Billiken to enter transfer portal after being touted for guard skills at 6-11

The freshmen saw limited playing time in his 25 appearances

Max Pikaar was the first player added to the Billikens’ roster by coach Josh Schertz after he was hired last spring, ending a recruitment that started in 2023.

He was viewed as a “unicorn” by Schertz, a 6-foot-11 player with the skill to defend smaller players, shoot and handle the ball but also offer an inside presence.
